{"id":897,"date":"2021-04-09T03:26:26","date_gmt":"2021-04-09T03:26:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cooking-herb.ts-d.net\/?p=158"},"modified":"2025-12-05T02:06:05","modified_gmt":"2025-12-05T02:06:05","slug":"white-chocolatefruit-torte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cursearch.atspace.cc\/index.php\/2021\/04\/09\/white-chocolatefruit-torte\/","title":{"rendered":"WHITE CHOCOLATE FRUIT TORTE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Serves 8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Torte<\/strong><br>3\/4 cup unsalted butter, softened<br>1\/2 cup confectioners\u2019 sugar<br>11\/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Filling<\/strong><br>1 (10-ounce) package white chocolate, melted<br>1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened<br>1\/2 cup heavy cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Topping<\/strong><br>1 (20-ounce) package pineapple chunks, drained, reserving 1\/2 cup of juice<br>1 pint fresh strawberries, washed and sliced in half<br>1 (11-ounce) can mandarin oranges<br>2 kiwis, peeled and sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Glaze<\/strong><br>3 tablespoons sugar<br>2 teaspoons cornstarch<br>1\/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice<br>Reserved pineapple juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat oven to 300\u00baF. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Gradually add fl our, mixing well. Press this mixture into an ungreased 10-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Set aside to cool.<br>Melt chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler, and place in a large mixing bowl. Add cream cheese and heavy cream. Beat until smooth.<br>Spread over crust.
