Salt and pepper the pork chops and grill until the internal temperature reaches 165\u00b0F. Prepare the chutney while the chops are cooking by combining remaining ingredients in food processor or a blender. Whirl gently until you have a coarse paste. Serve at once, as it will tend to separate.
