Slowly add olive oil to the mixture while whisking until it becomes emulsified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Greens<\/strong><br>2 cups each romaine and radicchio, washed and torn into bite-size pieces<br>1\/2 cup thinly sliced red onion<br>1\/2 cup cherry tomatoes<br>1\/4 cup fresh oregano<br>1\/4 cup pitted black olives<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combine ingredients and toss with dressing. This salad combined with a pasta dish of your choice will feel so \u201cat home\u201d in your mouth! Be sure to include some hard crusted bread along with your meal. You\u2019ll be glad you did.
