Pon a hervir a \u00abama alta. Baja la \u00abama y agrega el<br>trigo integral. Cocina a fuego lento, tapado hasta que el trigo integral haya absorbido todo el l\u00edquido, tarda de 15 a 20 minutos.<br>Mientas tanto, pon los ar\u00e1ndanos, apio, pepino, cebollas moradas y nueces en un taz\u00f3n grande.<br>Agrega el trigo integral cocido, perejil, menta, aceite de oliva, jugo de lim\u00f3n, ralladura de lim\u00f3n, sal y pimienta.<br>Mezcla bien.
