Agrega la qu\u00ednoa y el comino; tapa y deja cocinar hasta<br>que la qu\u00ednoa absorba el l\u00edquido y est\u00e9 suave, alrededor de 10 minutos. Pasa la qu\u00ednoa a un taz\u00f3n grande no reactivo; deja<br>enfriar ligeramente. Luego agrega el ma\u00edz, los ingredientes restantes, y el aderezo; mezcla bien.
