Vierte un 1\/3 del agua (para evitar que se queme el sart\u00e9n). Sigue agregando agua<br>como lo vaya requiriendo la receta.<br>Primero agrega las zanahorias, mezcla hasta que est\u00e9n ligeramente suaves. Luego agrega los champi\u00f1ones, ch\u00edcharos, cebollas, ajo y tofu.
