BASIL AND GARLIC SPREAD

Serves 8

2 tablespoons Essence
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

Add the Essence to the butter and mix together thoroughly. Spread over hard crusted bread and brown in the oven. You will love this one, I’m sure!
