Serves 6
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cottage cheese (small curd)
1 tablespoon fi nely chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dried dill
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Mix all ingredients together. Cover and allow the fl avors to blend in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Serve with a variety of vegetables for dipping.
